Everything, from the options available to the way it was packed and delivered. It was all spot on!! The quality of the bolsters is top notch, superbly comfortable. The overall experience has been fantastic. I have not had any reason to experience their customer service yet but will hope that it's as good as the product and delivery.
Bolster is good quality. But there are no options for dark coloured covers.
