Very comfortable for long hours of sitting work. I had hurt my tailbone about 35 Years ago and now it has starting hurting more while sitting on flat my executive chair. Besides the central hole plays a significant role in it by ensuring the lateral distribution of pressure from affected areas. This helps in sitting upright in a comfortable manner for long time.
