A perfect companion for travel in flights. If you have had back pain and sciatica, you know what I am talking about. The product gives good lumbar support and is comfortable. Can be used on other working chairs too, for example the hotel chairs that are not usually ergonomic. Highly recommended.

This is relatively thin lumbar support. Doesn't intrude too much and take space on the work chair or car seat.Gives adequate support enough to correct the seating posture. You sit upright and hence the shoulder pressure reduces.The foam is memory foam. Photo attached shows that. I saw someone saying that it's not memory foam, but that's false information.If I need another such support for the car, will surely buy this one again.
