At The White Willow, we are committed to delivering comfort to your doorstep with speed, safety, and transparency. This Shipping Policy explains how and when we ship your orders, the partners we work with, and what to do in case of delays or issues.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
All confirmed orders are dispatched within 96 working hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that dispatch timelines may vary during peak periods, sales, or due to unforeseen supply chain disruptions.
2. Delivery Timelines
Within India: Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your pin code and serviceability of the courier partner.
International Orders: Delivery timelines vary by country and shipping carrier. Estimated delivery times will be communicated at checkout or in your confirmation email.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. External factors such as courier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen events may affect delivery schedules.
3. Shipping Partners
Domestic Orders (India): We partner with trusted carriers including ATS, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, Bluedart, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.
International Orders: We ship through DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, and Speed Post.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your order directly through our tracking portal: Track Your Order Here.
Alternatively, you may also track your shipment on the courier partner’s website using the tracking number provided.
5. Shipping Charges
Domestic Orders (India): Standard shipping is free across India unless otherwise specified during checkout.
International Orders: Shipping charges will vary based on location, weight, and carrier. Applicable fees are displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or import charges as required by the destination country.
6. Address Changes
You may request a change to your shipping address before your order is dispatched.

7. Delays & Exceptions
If your package is delayed, please contact our Customer Comfort Crew at +91 9019035000. We will coordinate with our shipping partners to locate your package and provide timely updates.
In rare cases where your order is marked “Returned Back to Origin”, please reach out to us immediately. We will investigate and either re-dispatch your order or arrange for a new shipment, depending on the situation.
If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
8. International Orders – Customs & Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees as determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
The White Willow is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
