TWW MCP Drive & Calendar — Terms of Service

Terms of Service — TWW MCP Drive & Calendar

Last updated: 28 August 2026

1. What this is

TWW MCP Drive & Calendar ("the Service") is a private internal tool operated by The White Willow. It is not a commercial product, it is not offered to the public, and it cannot be signed up for. These terms govern its use by the two authorised account holders.

2. Who may use it

Only the two Google accounts named in the Service's server-side configuration, both belonging to the operator. Any attempt to use the Service with another account is rejected. Authorisation is not transferable.

3. What the Service does

It performs search and retrieval across the authorised accounts' Google Drive and Google Calendar, creates documents and folders, and manages calendar events — always at the account holder's request — and returns results to the AI assistant client they are using. Nothing else.

4. What it may and may not change

Reading and writing are deliberately asymmetric:

  • The Service can read the whole of the authorised account's Drive and Calendar.
  • It can create files and folders, and will edit only files it created itself. The Service stamps what it creates with a private marker and refuses to modify anything unstamped, and it holds per-file write access (drive.file) rather than general Drive write access.
  • It can create, reschedule, edit and cancel calendar events.
  • It cannot share files, change permissions, or alter who can see anything.
  • It cannot create, delete or reconfigure whole calendars, or change Calendar account settings.
  • There is no tool that deletes arbitrary Drive files.

Cancelling a calendar event is permanent. The account holder is responsible for confirming the specific event before instructing the Service to cancel it.

5. Acceptable use

The Service must be used only to retrieve the account holder's own data, for the operator's legitimate internal purposes. It must not be used to access data belonging to anyone who has not authorised it, nor to circumvent any access control.

Required client setting. Where the Service is operated through Anthropic Claude on a consumer plan (Free, Pro, Max) or Claude Code, the account holder must have Anthropic's model-improvement / data-training preference switched OFF before using the Service to retrieve Drive or Calendar data. This is a condition of use, not a recommendation.

6. Availability

The Service is provided on an as-is, as-available basis for internal use. No uptime, availability, or fitness-for-purpose guarantee is given. It may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without notice.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The White Willow accepts no liability for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Service. As a free internal tool, it carries no warranty.

8. Revoking access

An account holder may revoke the Service's access to their Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. The operator may withdraw access to the Service at any time.

9. Privacy

Handling of Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Gujarat.
