We take great pride in all the designs we create, and curate. However, we completely understand if you don’t like the product you receive, or change your mind about wanting it. We’ll arrange to take it back, simple.
And those questions about why you’re returning the item(s)? There’s none of that. Whatever the reason for return, we’ll arrange to take it back.
You can change your mind at the time of delivery and opt for our on-the-spot returns. Or you can take your time, take a few weeks, and see how you like it. If you’re unhappy with it, let us know within 15 days of its delivery, and we’ll arrange to have it picked up and refund your order amount.
After 15 days of its delivery we will arrange to replace or refund the order amount only against manufacturing defects or transit damages.
NOTE: Our awesome return policy, unfortunately, does not apply to our made-to-order Mattresses or any item(s) that was damaged after its delivery.
The order amount will be credited to you within 10-days from the day of initiating the refund.
If a Product is returned under this Return Policy, the value of such Product, as originally paid by You will be refunded to You. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment and Nova Overseas or the approved payment gateway will credit Your refunds directly into Your debit/credit card or online account.
If you opted for Cash on Delivery, the order amount will be credited to your bank account via NEFT.
