Our return, replacement and refund process is customer friendly and easy!
The pillows are returnable if you have received the pillow in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from its description given on the product detail page of the White Willow website.
We offer a 10 Day return policy, where you can request for return, replacement or a full refund, by following the guidelines given below –
GUIDELINES FOR THE RETURN POLICY
- Please call us on our call centre number or email us at email@example.com
- Our Customer Support Team will contact you within 24 hours of the request, and confirm the address, the product and the reason for return.
- Once confirmed, we will schedule a return pickup at no extra cost.
- The details will be shared on email.
- However, if the return is not eligible for Pickup, i.e. the product is not returned within the window of 10 days, then a Self-Return option will be offered-

Once the return is received successfully and verified by our Delivery & Dispatch team, as per your request, we will send you a replacement pillow or initiate the refund process, where the full amount will be refunded to your bank account as per the details shared by you. Please wait for 1-2 days for the refund to reflect in your system.
